Eucalyptus glaucescens - Tingiringi Gum is one of the most popular species of Eucalyptus grown in the UK due to its cold tolerance properties. 
 
Evergreen with round leaves which are silver in colour when juvenile, turning blue/ green. Like most Eucalyptus, the bark is often equally as impressive as the foliage and this species does not disappoint with shades of orange, grey and copper. It has a strongly distinct eucalyptus sweet odour all year round and is strickingly different in appearance to many other tree species.
